Let me start by saying this: I am not a morning person. If left to my natural rhythm, I would sleep at 2 AM, wake up at 10, and function like a confused cat until noon. But something about YouTube girlies waking up at 5 AM, journaling, drinking lemon water, and running empires had me inspired.( I was lying to myself 🤦) So I said, “Summer, let’s try it.
